Job Description
Job Summary • The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) WG is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and sales execution across the assigned region.
• The role oversees field sales operations, distributor performance, and team effectiveness to ensure achievement of volume, value, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Ensure effective route-to-market and territory coverage.
Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, coach, and supervise Area Sales Managers/Sales Executives
• Set performance targets and conduct reviews
• Build a high-performance sales culture
• Manage team productivity and engagement.
Distributor & Channel Management:
• Manage distributor and trade partner relationships
• Ensure stock availability and distribution reach
• Evaluate distributor performance
• Identify new channel partners.
Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities
• Drive product launches
• Strengthen key account presence
Financial & Operational Management:
• Manage regional sales budget
• Monitor pricing and margins
• Prepare forecasts and reports
• Ensure policy compliance.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Track KPIs and generate reports
• Provide insights to management
• Use data for decision-making
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Sales growth

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• 5 - 8 years sales experience
• 2–3 years in managerial role
• FMCG/retail experience preferred.
