Role Overview The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead the strategic development, execution, and stewardship of brand positioning, market expansion, audience growth, and commercial visibility across the organization’s portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping how the business is perceived, how it communicates, and how it captures attention, trust, and growth across multiple sectors.

This is a strategic growth role requiring both high-level brand thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate must be capable of building powerful brands, driving market penetration, managing campaigns, and translating business objectives into measurable visibility, engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen market presence, credibility, and differentiation across all business units.

• Build and maintain consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across digital, physical, and executive communications.

• Lead brand architecture across multiple ventures, ensuring strategic cohesion while preserving distinct positioning.

• Oversee rebranding, campaign launches, and strategic market entry initiatives.

Marketing Strategy & Growth Execution

• Design and implement integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, content funnels, and email marketing.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and promotional opportunities.

• Build and optimize lead generation systems and conversion strategies.

Campaign Development & Content Oversight

• Manage campaign strategy from concept to execution across online and offline channels.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling campaigns, thought leadership, and audience-facing materials.

• Oversee content calendars, messaging frameworks, and growth narratives.

• Ensure campaigns align with strategic priorities and measurable KPIs.

Market Intelligence & Performance Analytics

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and threats.

• Track campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and ROI.

• Translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Monitor emerging trends, industry shifts, and consumer behavior.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with executive leadership, sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and market presence.

• Build systems, workflows, and brand governance structures.

• Support business development through strategic visibility initiatives, investor-facing brand materials, and reputation management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, growth, or commercial leadership.

• Proven experience managing brands, campaigns, and market growth initiatives.

• Experience across B2B, B2C, or multi-sector environments is an advantage.
