Brand & Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning, marketing strategy, and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative storytelling and business impact, with the ability to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Lead campaigns, product launches, and brand activations from concept to execution
- Manage the brand’s PR and communications, including media, press, and influencer relations
- Oversee content strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Drive customer engagement, acquisition, and revenue growth
- Coordinate brand collaborations, partnerships, and events
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on insights
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty)
- Strong experience in Brand management, digital marketing, campaign management, and PR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong eye for branding, storytelling, and aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Pay: From ₦400,000.00 per month
