Associate – Marketing & Communications to elevate and amplify the BPS brand and sharpen our narrative positioning.
In this role, you will drive compelling internal and external communications that showcase our impact across
Africa’s energy sector.
We are looking for a sharp writer and strategic thinker with a passion for powerful storytelling at the intersection of technology and energy.
What You'll Do Content Creation & Copywriting Draft, edit, and proofread insight-led content for various channels, including social media, blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and website copy Support the translation of complex technical and operational work into clear, compelling narratives that position BPS as a thought leader in Africa’s energy sector.
Social Media Management Ensure the day-to-day management of BPS’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Track engagement metrics and audience insights to continuously optimize performance and reach Brand Strategy Support Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals and growth priorities Strengthen brand visibility and positioning across key markets through targeted storytelling and audience segmentation Internal Communications Partner with internal teams to craft impactful announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications Support employer branding initiatives that reinforce culture, engagement, and talent attraction Event & Webinar Coordination Support the planning and coordination of webinars, conferences, and industry engagements that showcase BPS’s expertise and impact Amplify event visibility through pre- and post-event communications across digital platforms What We're Looking For Professional & Technical Strengths Experience in
