Job Description
Hudson Pacific Energy Limited is a Marine Logistics and Private Maritime Security Service Provider that was incorporated in February 2003. The company is licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to operate in the Oil and Gas industry as a service company providing Integrated Offshore Marine Logistics, Security, and Support Services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resources and Administration Associate Location: Nigeria Responsibilities Review the biometrics attendance report and advise staff of lateness frequencies Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors; provide relevant data (attendance, absence, leave) Ensure monthly issuance of NSITF receipt and annual issuance of NSITF Clearance certificate Prepare letter for Accrued Remittances for EX staff for PFA as need required PENCOM (Monthly): Ensure to keep a soft copy schedule of evidence of remittance, Pension Contribution for employer & employees PENCOM (Year End): Maintain a record of Certified one month salary, certifies list of employees in the organization, statement of rate of pension contribution Ensure issuance of PENCOM Certificate by the 31st of January of the following year Prepare monthly crew list and document crew timesheet Engineer Handover note Ensure all remittance schedules are sent to all PFA Administrator six (6) hours after been advised by finance department Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Coordinate training sessions (internal and external) and seminars. Ensuring attendance and evaluation forms are used accordingly.

Maintain

Weekly record of supplementary training log for shipboard and shoreside Book and change flights as required Prepare and send via email, monthly announcement to all staff to include new staff recruitment, promotion, confirmation, resignation/termination Maintain employee personnel records and files Stock Management Monitor compliance with HR policies.

Requirements Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any Social Science discipline. Professional certification in Human Resources Management (such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' work experience within a structured organization. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Basic knowledge of labour laws Application Closing Date Not Specified.
