We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Lead to drive awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across FutureGRIN’s core products:
GradManager – a global platform helping students apply for fully funded graduate programs
FaithBliss – an Africa-wide Christian dating app
FutureGRIN NextGen – an AI-driven drug discovery and biotech platform
This role is critical to scaling our growth, strengthening brand visibility, and converting demand into measurable business results.
Note: Due to the demands of this role, only candidates who are currently not employed will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy, with full accountability for growth and revenue
Build and optimize end-to-end sales funnels from awareness to conversion
Plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns (social, email, SEO, paid ads)
Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing systems to convert prospects into paying users
Track, analyze, and optimize performance to improve conversions, ROI, and scalable growth

Requirements
Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in a growth-focused role
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion strategies, and sales funnel optimization
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, SEO, paid ads)
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a clear focus on revenue impact
