Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Abuja. This on-site role involves managing HR functions, such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and addressing personnel management needs. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
The role will involve close coordination with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
• Experience in HR Management and implementation of programs to meet organizational needs.
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Expertise in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in the consulting or advisory sectors is a plus.
