Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Locations: Ota, Ogun State (Factory)

Salary Range: ₦300,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across both our manufacturing facility in Ota and our corporate office in Surulere. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee relations, talent management, compliance, and the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures in a dynamic, dual-location work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for factory and office-based roles.

• Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws and internal company policies.

• Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary proceedings, and promote staff welfare initiatives.

• Oversee performance appraisal systems and coordinate relevant employee training programs.

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare verified payroll inputs for timely compensation processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (any role involving direct HR functions).

• Candidates applying for the Ota factory position must reside within the Ota axis.

• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
