We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead, monitor and push sales teams towards the company's targets and goals in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FCMG) Industry.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales staff to maximize productivity. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and sales meetings.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans and promotional campaigns to achieve company revenue goals Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Operations: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure CRM system hygiene.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a sales manager in the FMCG space, with a track record of meeting targets.
Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, build forecasts, and make data-driven decisions.
Key Competencies: Result-Oriented: Focused on meeting quotas and driving revenue. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to solving customer issues and building relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Able to identify market opportunities and plan for growth.
Technological Proficiency: Experience with CRM software.
Salary N380,000 - N450,000 monthly.
