JOB SUMMARY
A Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians, and promoting patient health ad recovery. The RN assesses patient needs, administers treatments, and ensures a safe and efficient healthcare environment within the hospital.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assess, monitor, and record patients' medical conditions and vital signs.
2. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results to report to doctors.
5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
6. Ensure infection control standards and hospital policies are strictly followed.
7. Supervise and support junior nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare staff.
