Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role located in Aba. The Account Executive will develop and manage customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored banking solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, achieving sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and sales skills, with a proven ability to identify and cultivate client opportunities

• Knowledge of banking regulations, financial solutions, and market trends

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and provide customized solutions

• Team collaboration skills and adeptness in managing multiple priorities under deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Previous banking experience is a strong advantage
