Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Badore, Ajah.
The Human Resources

Assistant will handle various administrative and supportive tasks, including maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, updating HRIS, and supporting benefits administration. Additionally, the role includes managing day-to-day HR-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing employee data
• Familiarity with Benefits Administration processes and supporting employee benefits management
• Experience in Training coordination and development for employee growth
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an HR role, including knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, is advantageous
