Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, create comprehensive job descriptions, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Additional responsibilities include addressing workplace concerns, supporting recruitment processes, and fostering a positive and productive organizational culture.
Qualifications
• Experience in HR Management and comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations to maintain a harmonious work environment
• Competence in Job Description Development to support recruitment and clarity in roles
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry would be an advantage
