Role Description
This is a hybrid Marketing Specialist role based in Abuja, Nigeria, with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Other day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing communications, creating campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze market trends and design strategic campaigns
• Experience in Sales and marketing tactics to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, ensuring both in-office and remote responsibilities are fulfilled effectively
• Proficiency in digital tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and marketing automation platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry is an added advantage
