Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Port-Harcourt. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and enforcing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience with Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Employee Relations
• Ability to manage Training and Development programs as well as Performance Management systems
• Proficient in HR Information Systems and payroll administration
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in employee management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
