Role Overview
• We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Modern Trade Sales Executive to drive sales growth across key retail accounts and organized trade channels.
• The ideal candidate will manage relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores, develop channel strategies, improve product visibility, and drive revenue growth within the modern trade landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within the modern trade channel.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key retail accounts, buyers, and category managers.
• Negotiate trading terms, promotions, shelf placement, and visibility initiatives to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, account management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with relevant experience in a similar role with 2-3 years experience is required
• Proven experience in Modern Trade Sales, Key Account Management, FMCG Sales, or Channel Development.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
• Good understanding of organized retail and modern trade operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
