About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to lead brand growth, digital marketing execution, and customer acquisition initiatives across our business.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer with experience spanning digital marketing, brand strategy, growth campaigns, product marketing, and go-to-market execution. This person should be commercially minded, creative, data-driven, and capable of building impactful marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.

Candidates with a blend of agency and in-house/startup experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and performance marketing channels.
• Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and market visibility across online and offline platforms.
• Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives and optimize conversion funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to improve ROI and business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, agencies, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
• Oversee content direction and ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels.
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities within the fintech, lifestyle, or e-commerce space.
• Support partnerships, brand activations, events, and community engagement initiatives where required.
• Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of relevant marketing experience with strong exposure to digital marketing and brand strategy.
• Previous experience working within a marketing/advertising agency and a startup or fast-paced business environment.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, growth strategy, and digital channels.
• Experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business growth and revenue impact through marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and campaign reporting.
• Experience within fintech, technology, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
