• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation
• Support attendance, leave, and staff welfare management
• Assist in preparing HR reports and staff correspondence
• Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and employee activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle other administrative HR duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
• Minimum of HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
