We are looking for a strong proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making Champion company culture and change management initiatives Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4–7 years of strong HR experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization.
