Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Maryland, Lagos (On-site)
Salary: ₦200,000
Job Summary The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the people, structure, and daily HR operations of the online eatery.
This role requires someone who can build order in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensure staff efficiency, maintain discipline, and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
📌Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation for all roles (kitchen, operations, support staff)
📌Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workplace structure
📌Manage staff attendance, schedules, and performance tracking
📌Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
📌Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
📌Coordinate staff training, development, and performance reviews
📌Maintain employee records and HR reports
📌Support management in building a productive and positive work culture
📌Monitor staff productivity and recommend improvements where necessary
Requirements
📌Minimum of 2–4 years experience in an HR role (preferably in hospitality, food, or fast-paced environments)
📌Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and performance management
📌Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
📌Ability to manage multiple staff across different roles
📌Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
📌Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
📌Must be firm, fair, and able to enforce structure
