Role Description

This is a full-time, commission-based, on-site role for a Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will identify and generate new business leads, conduct comprehensive market research to uncover opportunities, and foster relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves executing effective sales strategies, providing demonstrations to potential customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads

• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing data to identify opportunities

• Strong Communication skills to engage with potential clients and build rapport

• Proven expertise in Sales strategies and achieving targets

• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in field sales is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
