Job Description The Growth & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility across all digital platforms. This role combines strategic marketing, community engagement, and performance-driven campaigns to grow the player base and strengthen relationships with the gaming community.
The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming, data-driven marketing, and community building, with the ability to execute campaigns that increase downloads, player engagement, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities;
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing game downloads, player engagement, and retention.
· Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and growth strategies.
· Manage and grow all official social media platforms including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
· Develop engaging and culturally relevant content that resonates with gaming audiences.
· Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, short-form videos, and promotional assets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with the player community through proactive engagement and responsive communication.
· Monitor community feedback, player sentiment, and discussions across social platforms and gaming communities.
· Translate game updates, features, and announcements into clear and engaging messaging for players.
· Campaign Optimization & Analytics
· Use A/B testing, analytics tools, and player insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
· Monitor key performance indicators such as installs, engagement rates, user acquisition costs, and retention metrics.
· Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
· Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance marketing workflows, scale content production, and improve campaign efficiency.
· Identify new digital channels, influencer opportunities, and community initiatives to expand brand reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media management.
· Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
· Experience with social media management and community engagement.
· Proficiency in analytics tools and campaign performance tracking.
· Ability to work collaboratively with creative, product, and development teams.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills.
The Ideal Candidate
· Experience in mobile gaming, gaming communities, or digital entertainment industries.
· Familiarity with influencer marketing and gaming content ecosystems.
· Experience using AI tools for marketing automation and content generation.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
