We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (Lagos) for a fast-growing event management company. This role is for someone who knows how to open doors, build strong client relationships, and close deals consistently
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Pitch event solutions to brands, sponsors, and partners
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales
• Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skill
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach
Nice to Have :
• Experience using Zoho CRM
