Growth & Community Partnerships Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring a Growth & Community Partnerships Marketing Specialist to help grow a city-focused consumer platform centered around nightlife, events, venues, live experiences, and local social discovery.
This role sits at the intersection of:
• growth,
• partnerships,
• creator ecosystems,
• nightlife/community engagement,
• and market expansion.
You will help build relationships with venues, creators, ambassadors, nightlife communities, and event organizers while supporting launch and growth activities across multiple cities.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how people discover where to go, what is trending, and what creates social buzz within a city.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, culturally aware, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Venue & Business Partnerships
• Identify and onboard bars, lounges, restaurants, clubs, event organizers, and experience-based businesses
• Conduct outreach through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, calls, and direct messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and business owners
• Coordinate onboarding activities and partner follow-ups
• Support venue activation and engagement initiatives
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
• Identify and recruit creators, nightlife personalities, student ambassadors, and local influencers
• Coordinate creator campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain creator communication and campaign schedules
• Track creator participation, engagement, and campaign performance
• Build long-term creator and ambassador relationships
Community & Market Growth
• Support launch activities for new markets and cities
• Monitor nightlife, entertainment, event, and social trends
• Identify opportunities to grow local communities and engagement
• Build relationships with student communities, social groups, and event communities
• Coordinate local activations and growth initiatives
Growth Operations & Coordination
• Maintain organized outreach pipelines and trackers
• Manage partnership and creator databases
• Coordinate with contractors, creators, and local representatives
• Track weekly KPIs and operational metrics
• Submit weekly progress updates and reports
• Help improve growth systems and operational processes
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in growth, partnerships, community management, business development, creator marketing, nightlife, entertainment, events, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-up management
• Strong understanding of social media culture and creator ecosystems
• Highly organized with strong execution ability
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
