Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing digital banking products, ensuring strong product positioning and messaging across all customer segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, analyzing competitors, and identifying customer needs to inform product development and marketing decisions.
The Product Marketing
Manager will create and manage product launch plans, collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Growth teams, and develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, and feature guides. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, monitoring product adoption and customer feedback, and using data to refine positioning, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications
• Strong Product Marketing skills, including product positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in Market Research, with experience in customer insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, including launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking.
• Understanding of Product Management practices, with the ability to collaborate on roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user feedback loops.
• Familiarity with Sales processes, including sales enablement, pipeline support, and collaboration on revenue goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services in the Nigerian market is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with metrics and experimentation, and proficiency with productivity and analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
