About Handitt
Handitt (handitt.ca) is a fast-growing Canadian online and mobile marketplace connecting homeowners with trusted local service providers — handymen, cleaners, movers, plumbers, painters, and more. We're pre-launch and building our team ahead of our August debut in Saskatchewan.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate based in Nigeria to help us grow our service provider and customer base. This is a remote, flexible role — perfect for a self-starter who thrives on commissions and wants to grow with an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do
• Reach out to potential customers and service providers via phone, email, and social media
• Pitch Handitt's value and convert leads into sign-ups or bookings
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a simple CRM or tracking sheet
• Share feedback from the market to help improve our outreach strategy
Compensation
• $100 CAD/month base pay (fixed)
• $10 CAD per confirmed service provider sign-up or customer booking
• No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you earn
Probation Period
• This role includes a 2-month probation period
• During probation, performance will be reviewed based on activity, communication, and results
• Successful completion leads to continued engagement and potential growth within Handitt
You're a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience in sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing
• Are confident communicating in English (written and spoken)
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Have access to a reliable internet connection and phone
• Are based in Nigeria
