Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL / LEGAL OFFICER

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Personnel / Legal Officer to manage HR functions while providing legal and compliance support to the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, support employee management, and oversee contractual and legal processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Functions
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
• Oversee staff welfare, benefits, and engagement initiatives
Legal & Compliance Functions
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and corporate regulations
• Liaise with regulatory bodies including the Corporate Affairs Commission
• Provide legal advisory support to management
• Handle dispute resolution and risk management processes
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• BL qualification is required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or legal roles
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and corporate compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
