Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support business operations by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, managing HR functions, and supporting leadership in workforce planning and performance management within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
• Manage employee relations and ensure fair application of HR policies
• Drive performance management, appraisal, and improvement processes
• Support training, learning, and development initiatives
• Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies
• Handle disciplinary and grievance cases professionally
• Provide HR analytics and reports to support decision-making
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives
Requirements
• in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience (FMCG or manufacturing experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
