Job Description
• We are seeking a sharp, highly motivated, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing day-to-day HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, agile professional with a solid foundation in human resources, excellent execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates across various departments. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• HR Administration & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records digital and physical. Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures. Help organize internal team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal cycles, tracking KPIs, and documenting evaluation outcomes.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all HR activities align with local labor laws and company regulations. Prepare regular operational reports on HR metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience working in an HR operational or officer role.
• Progress toward or completion of HR certifications e.g., CIPM, PHRi is an added advantage.
Core Skills & Technical Competencies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel data management, formulas, and reporting is mandatory.
• Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin is a distinct and highly valued advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
