Job Summary
• We are seeking Account Executives to join our Commercial/Sales team.
• The Account Executive will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into revenue.
• This role will support Dragnet’s commercial growth across business areas such as recruitment, scholarships, assessments, Achieva, and other enterprise solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, account management, client relationship management, or B2B commercial roles.
• Direct experience in all Dragnet business areas is not required, but the candidate must be able to learn quickly, engage clients confidently, and follow through on opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Manage assigned client accounts and prospects.
• Support renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and account expansion opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand their needs, timelines, and decision-making process.
• Prepare and support proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up on leads, client enquiries, proposals, and pending decisions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with clear next steps and expected timelines.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood and delivered.
• Provide regular updates on opportunities, client engagements, proposals, and blockers.
• Support revenue growth across assigned products, services, and client segments.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, account management, client relationship management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, HR solutions, recruitment, assessments, training, technology, education, or professional services will be an advantage.
• Prior experience managing corporate clients or sales accounts is preferred.
