We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This position involves selling high-end properties, managing exclusive client relationships, and promoting prestigious real estate assets. The role demands a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to negotiate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Missions:
• Identify and prospect potential clients interested in buying or selling luxury properties.
• Present and showcase high-end real estate offerings to discerning clients, highlighting unique features and investment value.
• Negotiate transaction terms to ensure mutual satisfaction, closing deals efficiently and successfully.
• Provide personalised follow-up services and maintain long-term relationships with an international and local clientele.
• Collaborate with real estate partners to deliver comprehensive, tailored services that meet client expectations.
This role is initially offered on a commission-only basis, with top-performing agents transitioning to a salaried position. The position is remote, with some office attendance required and opportunities for international travel.
