Responsibilities
• Manage end - to - end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Staff attendance monitoring.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate hiring assessments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques particularly in technical fields.
Qualfications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Personel Management.
