Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support key human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

• Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.

• Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance when necessary.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

• Coordinate staff training, engagement, and development initiatives.

• Support payroll processing and leave management activities.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.

• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary matters.

• Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee experience.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years proven experience in an HR role.

• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
