About the Organisation

Our client is a leading real estate development company operating across Nigeria. They develop and deliver residential and commercial properties, and are building out a formal Project Management Office to strengthen governance, accountability, and delivery performance across their growing portfolio of projects.
About the Role The Project Management Executive provides structured operational support to the Head - PMO and serves as the Quality Assurance Officer for all project documentation and standards. This is a hands-on coordination role that sits at the nerve centre of the PMO, responsible for keeping documentation accurate, dashboards current, communication flowing, and site activity tracked. The right person for this role is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Will Do

PMO Support

• Develop, organise, and maintain all essential project documentation including project plans, schedules, and related deliverables

• Coordinate day-to-day PMO operations: managing documentation receipt, issuance, storage, and retrieval

• Review all documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before distribution

• Execute the PMO communication plan and support stakeholder engagement activities

• Maintain the PMO Knowledge Management System (KMS)

Project Execution Support

• Maintain consistent communication with all project teams and obtain regular progress updates

• Monitor progress against approved plans and report variances to the Head of PMO immediately

• Carry out approved site visits across active projects

• Maintain a site-level HSE and risk log; flag emerging issues before they escalate

• Serve as the primary interface with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel

• Actively participate in resolving bottlenecks, conflicts, and disputes

• Track material procurement and delivery schedules; identify and address supply risks proactively

What We Are Looking For
Education and Certification

• First degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, Architecture, Estate Management, or a related field

• A project management professional certification is required: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of total work experience

• At least 2 years in a project management or PMO coordination role

• Experience in real estate or construction is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Coordination and stakeholder management

• Cost tracking and reporting

• Understanding of HSE standards and site safety requirements
