Our client is an established agricultural enterprise dedicated to modern, sustainable, and commercially scalable farming practices. We operate across livestock, crop production, and agro-processing, and we are seeking a dedicated Administrative / Human Resources Officer to support our expanding operations.

Job Summary

The Admin/HR Officer will oversee administrative processes, workforce coordination, HR documentation, and operational support across the farm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both office and field-related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit processes for farm staff.
• Ensure proper documentation of staff records, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staff training, welfare, and compliance with farm policies.
• Support disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.

Administrative & Operational Duties
• Maintain administrative files, farm records, inventories, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement requests and ensure proper usage of supplies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, workforce needs, and logistics.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, visitors, and communication across departments.
• Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet management.

Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, farm policies, and safety protocols.
• Participate in enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on the farm.
