Job Description
The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging customers in the field, building strong relationships, and promoting the company’s products within assigned territories. The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets while gathering market insights to support business growth.
• Generate and convert leads through field visits, prospecting, and community engagement
• Conduct product demonstrations and onboard new customers
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and trade activations
• Maintain strong relationships with client to drive retention and repeat business
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
Certification: Relevant sales or marketing certifications are an added advantage
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outdoor/field sales
Technical Skills:
· Highly computer literate and tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS and technology solutions
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
