JOB TITLE: Head Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Head Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all nursing staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
• Monitor patient treatment plans and ensure proper documentation of nursing activities.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Maintain effective communication between doctors, nurses, patients, and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Manage nursing schedules and staffing requirements.
• Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent patient satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and healthcare programs.
Requirements
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
