Job Title: Sales and Marketing Agent

Medlitics is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Agents to promote the company's products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market Medlitics' products and services through digital and offline channels.

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various marketing and sales activities.

• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Manage and update social media platforms to enhance visibility and customer interaction.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

• Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and business development activities.

• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

• Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified leads generated.

• Sales conversion rate.

• Revenue generated.

• Customer acquisition and retention rate.

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Number of new business opportunities secured.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of ₦200,000 per month upon achieving assigned sales targets.

• 10% commission on every successfully closed deal.

• Performance-based earning potential with no commission cap, allowing high performers to earn significantly above their base salary.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
