Job Description
Job Summary The Group HR is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Human Resources function across all the Group's locations and business units. The role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance to ensure the Group attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization across all locations.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Provide leadership on disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Lead compensation and benefits reviews to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Oversee learning, leadership development, and talent management programs.
• Manage HR budgets and monitor HR-related expenditures.
• Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to executive management.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SPHRi, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing HR across multiple locations and business units is highly desirable.
