About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects while supporting the overall management and operational performance of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to drive project success and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of projects from concept development through close-out.

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements.

• Manage supplier, vendor, and subcontractor performance to ensure project efficiency and quality.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• Monitor project profitability and contribute to the company's overall financial performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.

• Support company management in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare and present project and management reports to senior leadership.

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve organizational targets.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and team management capabilities.

• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget and profitability management.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel when required.
