Position : Digital Marketing and Business Development Lead
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing and Business Development Lead is responsible for driving student recruitment, brand visibility, customer engagement, boarding enrolment growth, strategic partnerships and revenue generation through innovative digital marketing and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the school's annual marketing strategy.
• Create marketing plans aligned with enrolment and growth targets.
• Develop campaigns that increase awareness of the school locally and internationally
• Student Recruitment and Admissions Marketing
• Boarding Recruitment and Growth Responsibilities
• Lead the school's digital marketing activities.
• Manage website content and optimisation.
Develop social media strategies

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing desirable.
Digital marketing certifications desirable (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
