Job Description
• We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven, and detail-oriented Project Management Office PMO Engineer to strengthen project governance and execution excellence across our Mechanical, Electrical g Plumbing MEP portfolio.



REQUIREMENT



• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3-6 years' experience in project delivery, project controls, or PMO functions within the MEP or construction industry.

• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, ERP systems, and Power or equivalent reporting tools.

• Professional certification COREN/NSE will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive structure, discipline, and performance in project environments.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



• Drive PMO governance and oversight across all projects.

• Develop, monitor, and report project performance indicators, including budget, schedule, execution documentation, and profitability.

• Implement standardized project execution methodologies and cost-efficient delivery models.

• Lead project controls functions including forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting dashboards.

• Develop and maintain standardized project management tools, templates, and reporting systems.

• Conduct project performance audits, reviews, and recovery planning for underperforming projects.

• Champion value engineering, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned processes across projects.

• Drive resource planning, allocation, and optimization across project portfolios.

• Manage project risks, subcontractors, and commercial performance across all sites.

• Define, track, and enforce project KPIs in alignment with organizational objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with company standards, contractual obligations,

• HSE requirements, and industry best practices.

• Build and sustain high-performance project teams through training, accountability, and performance management culture.
