Beautiful Ideas Designs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in line with the company’s quality standards.This role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders from project initiation to final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &

• Execution* Lead projects from concept through completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.

Coordinate all project activities and resources.

Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.Site &

• Construction Management Supervise site activities and monitor work progress.

Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and consultants.

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.Client &

• Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Provide project updates, reports, and recommendations.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.Budget &

• Cost Control* Track project costs and budgets.

Monitor procurement and material utilization.

Identify risks and implement cost-control measures.

Support project profitability and financial performance.Documentation &

• Reporting Maintain project documentation and records.

Prepare weekly progress reports and project dashboards.

Track variations, approvals, and project changes.

Ensure proper project closeout and handover documentation.Health, Safety &

• Compliance Promote safe work practices on project sites.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Monitor quality, safety, and environmental requirements.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–7 years experience managing construction, fit-out, renovation, or interior design projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, and site coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience Interior fit-out projects.
