We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and help scale the platform nationwide.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's growth strategy, increasing patient registrations, expanding brand awareness, and driving consultation volume across Nigeria.
This individual will oversee referral programs, support business development initiatives, coordinate marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and work closely with management to achieve ambitious growth targets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing multiple projects while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies
• Lead and support Partnership Officers
• Monitor registrations, consultations, and conversion metrics
• Build brand awareness and market presence
• Coordinate referral and partnership campaigns
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports
• Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
• Collaborate with the social media team on content and campaigns
• Ensure marketing objectives align with company goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Experience in healthcare, technology, fintech, or digital services is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
