Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand & Growth Marketing who will be responsible for growing brand visibility, increase customer demand, support sales growth, improve customer retention, and help position our brand as a desirable perfume house in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Brand strategy and positioning
• Revenue growth and sales support
• Campaign planning and execution
• Content strategy and creative direction
• Influencer marketing/collaboration, PR activities and partnerships
• B2B marketing and corporate growth
• Customer retention and CRM direction
• Team leadership and supervision
• Marketing performance tracking and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 - 8 years experience in marketing, brand management, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing.
• Emotionally intelligent and customer focused.
• Strong leaderships, accountability and communication skill
• Highly organized and ability to work in a face paced environment
• Able to think like a brand builder and a salesperson
• Passionate about fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury experiences
WORK MODE: FULL TIME 8AM - 6PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
