Job Description
PAISCI is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager – Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic projects involving government agencies, international partners, research institutions, and private sector stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in building partnerships, coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, and managing collaborative projects aligned with PAISCI’s mission of strengthening Africa’s supply chain and logistics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage collaborative projects involving government agencies, international organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and institutional stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and partnership dialogues.
Support the development of partnership proposals, project concepts, and collaboration frameworks.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Support the organization of conferences, forums, and international engagements related to supply chain and logistics development.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning for key initiatives.
Prepare project reports, briefing notes, and partnership documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any of International Relations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experienced in project management, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and manage project timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience organizing professional events, workshops, or policy dialogues.
