Remote Direct sales agent (dsa)* salary: ₦180,000/month (upon meeting targets) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible Remote Work *About the role* This role focuses on onboarding clients into savings and investment plans through digital communication channels. You will engage prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media while helping grow customer participation in financial products and services. *What you will do* Onboard clients to savings and investment plans Communicate with prospects through WhatsApp, calls, and social media Build and maintain customer relationships remotely Meet onboarding and performance targets Promote financial products and services to potential clients Support customer engagement and account growth activities Ask questions if you don't understand The job description is breakdown like this Monthly target is 150 accounts #1000 per activation of account #1200 per activation if the customer deposit at least #1000 in their account #1200 per activation if you open accounts between 151 to 199 accounts #1500 per activation if you open 200 accounts 5k for data allowance 25k when you meet your monthly target That's for the salary part Note : This is not a fixed salary job But it doesn’t mean that you can’t get paid you’ll still get paid with data allowance too Depend on number of activations you have If you have 50 activation you get 50k 10 activation you get 10k Responsibilities: -Acquire and onboard customers -Promote banking products and services -Drive deposits, loans, and sales targets -Build and maintain customer relationships -Get customers to activate account with Zitra micro finance *What this role is not* Not a physical office-based sales position Not limited to social media posting only Not suitable for individuals uncomfortable with target-based work *Requirements* SSCE, OND, or BSc/HND qualification Good communication skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment *Why this role stands out* 100% remote work opportunity Monthly salary plus performance bonuses Additional earnings based on account value onboarded Data allowance provided monthly Opportunity to build experience in financial sales and client engagement *Compensation & benefits* ₦180,000 monthly salary (upon meeting targets) ₦25,000 monthly performance bonus ₦5,000 monthly data allowance Additional monthly onboarding-based incentives
