• Manage shift in a Drilling facility. Follow up on productivity, downtime, delays, and quality KPIs.
• Manage Safety and Quality actions to be implemented.
• Analyze and provide solution for critical failures. Interface with ancillary departments.
Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant technical Diploma or Degree and previous experience 8+ years in the drilling Industry.
• Previous experience in the Oil and Gas drilling and production Industry an asset Safety and Quality minded, detail oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills.
