Job Overview
At Kishron, we are looking for a wholesome, results-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who understands that marketing is about driving growth, not just publishing content. You won’t just be "posting on social media" or managing accounts; your primary mission is active lead generation and brand growth using both organic and paid strategies. You will design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and community building to directly attract and convert our target audience. Core Responsibilities
Social Media Optimization & Content: Manage our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Write compelling, human-sounding captions and hooks that tap into consumer psychology, encourage engagement, and drive inquiries.
Paid Advertising: Set up, run, and optimize targeted ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads to generate a predictable flow of qualified leads.
Email Marketing: Build, segment, and maintain our email subscriber list. Create automated email sequences and weekly newsletters that nurture leads into active customers.
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns with the primary goal of generating high-quality leads, ensuring that every piece of content or ad has a clear call to action.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and present weekly performance reports on campaign reach, Cost Per Lead (CPL), email open rates, and conversion rates using platform dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Growth & Partnership Associate to align marketing campaigns with active partnerships and seasonal drives.
Strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be evaluated against clear, numbers-driven weekly and monthly targets.
You are measured by results, not just daily tasks:
Target Lead Volume: Meeting a strictly defined quota of verified, qualified leads per month across organic and paid channels.
Ad Campaign Efficiency: Achieving and maintaining a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ensuring budget efficiency.
Audience Growth & Engagement: Measurable growth in target audience demographics and active inquiry metrics (saves, shares, DMs).
Email Performance: Maintaining a high baseline email open rate and click-to-conversion rate.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a wholesome Digital Marketer with hands-on experience running ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Strong understanding of copywriting principles and the psychology of sales (knowing how to capture attention and write clear, simple, basic English copy without fluff).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, MailerLite) and social media management tools.
An analytical mindset, comfortable reading platform insights and tracking data on spreadsheets to make fast, strategic pivots when something isn't working.
A self-starter attitude with high personal accountability; you are motivated by achieving targets, not just completing a checklist of tasks.
Remuneration & Performance Bonus Structure
We believe in rewarding the direct impact you bring to Kishron. This role offers a base salary combined with a results-oriented bonus tier:
Base Salary: ₦50,000 per month (Guarantees the consistent execution of campaigns, daily platform management, and baseline reporting)
Performance Bonuses: Structured tiers tied strictly to your KPIs.
Hitting 100% of your monthly lead generation targets unlocks a guaranteed performance bonus.
Exceeding target tiers scales your bonus upward, allowing you to increase your monthly take-home pay based entirely on the results you deliver.
Pay: From ₦50,000.00 per month
