About This Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own our content and digital presence end-to-end. What makes this role different: you need to be genuinely good at video editing (not basic cuts: real editing, with strong motion graphics) and comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow to move faster and create better content.
You'll lead content strategy, create and edit video content, design visuals, manage our YouTube and social channels, and handle email marketing. If you've got ad campaign experience too, even better.
What You'll Do
• Plan and execute our digital marketing strategy across YouTube, social media, email, and web
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content. You should know your way around your video editing tools.
• Use AI tools to create, repurpose, and scale content. We're not talking about basic ChatGPT prompts: we want someone who actually integrates AI into how they work
• Design on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
• Run email marketing campaigns, writing copy, segmenting lists, testing subject linesTrack performance across channels and use data to improve what's working
• Support paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google when needed (bonus, not required)
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in digital marketing or content creation
• Strong video editing skills: show us work you're proud of
• You actively use AI tools in your content workflow (tell us which ones and how)
• Solid graphic design sense: you understand layout, typography, and branding beyond just using templates
• YouTube experience is a plus
• You can write: captions, scripts, emails, whatever needs doing
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely without hand-holding
